Description
The Hayotzer Lyrica GSM is a blend of 40% grenache, 35% syrah and 25% mourvedre is barrel aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and has generous aromas of blackberries, chocolate and spice. On the palate, it is remarkably smooth and long with a rich finish. Its good acidity makes it a great food wine and one that is likely to age exceptionally well, while presently approachable. Has great gaining potential.
