Refund policy

We do want you to be happy with your wine and to continue a long-term friendship with you. In case that you are not happy with your selection and would like to return some bottles in exchange for perhaps something different we will do our best to help you. Generally we will accept a return of any wine that is unopened within the 14 days of purchase. Specials or Promotions might be excluded from this, but if necessary do feel free to check with us. However, please understand that we may have to charge a restocking fee of up to 12% of the returned merchandise and cannot refund Shipping charges.
