Herzog Limited Edition Chalk Hill Warnecke Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the top wines in the increasingly renowned Herzog portfolio. This is a gigantic red, with a rich inky color and classic aromas of cassis and astonishingly fresh vanilla bean. The firmly-structured palate offers up more dark fruits with hints of anise and mint. This wine can continue to age for five more years, but can certainly be enjoyed now with roast leg of lamb, Beef Wellington or grilled porterhouse steaks.
