Merlot Reserve is a blend of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot sourced from best of plots in the Dishon vineyard (Upper Galilee).
The grapes were carefully selected and hand-harvested in early morning hours from low yielding vines.
Tasting Note:Merlot Reserve is fruit driven, complimented by soft oak spices, floral notes, all leading to a long and velvety finish.
