Great for gifts, these delicious ruby red gems can be used in desserts, savoury recipes and canapés, as a garnish for cocktails (try using the juice as well!) or in smoothies. For really simple yet impressive desserts add a spoonful of Griottines to a scoop of ice cream or dip in melted chocolate. Bake in a muffin or cookie or use in gateaux.
