PUR is the fruit of the finest terroir. The younger vines offer up lively wines. At night, the grapes growing near the ground benefit from the heat accumulated during the daytime for ideal ripening, lending this wine its inimitable character.
Grape varieties: Grenache - Cinsault
Vinification: After a late harvest and short maceration, the Grenache grapes lived up to their promises with this rich, gourmet wine. We added 25% Cinsault to reinforce the structure and length of the wine. Raised on fine lees in tanks at 15°C until early March.
Appreciation: Translucent, pale robe and exotic fruit bouquet. The attack is frank, supple, gourmet and fruity. A very delicate, silky and refreshing wine, with notes of citrus and red fruits. Well-structured, elegant aftertaste, typical of the finest wines of Provence.
Serving temperature: 8°C to 10°C
