Description
Herzog Special Edition Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from grapes harvested in early October at the base of the Chalk Hill in the Alexander Valley. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, this rich and lush wine displays notes of blackberry and cassis highlighted by an oak bouquet. Since the wine is unfiltered it may produce sediment as it ages.
