Tel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distillery has released its very first single malt! Called the Classic expression, it was matured in bourbon and virgin oak casks as well as red wine-seasoned STR (shaved, toasted and recharred) casks. There's a wonderful balance of hallmark honey notes alongside malt sweetness and rich chocolate.
