These exceptional wines combine finesse, character and originality and are the fruit of Château de Berne's three centuries of wine growing expertise.
Grape varieties: 80% Grenache, 20% Cinsault
Vinification: Grapes entirely stripped from stalks, followed by decanting at low temperature and fermentation at 18°C.
Appreciation: Very shiny, pale salmon-pink robe with a pretty iridescent shimmer. Fresh and lively bouquet, with fairly powerful aromas of yellow fruit and citrus zests. Frank, complex and seductive in the mouth, with a long, smooth finish. A pleasure-filled, summertime rosé.
Pairing wine & food: Perfect served with little grilled red mullet (ungutted), vegetable tian, octopus salad or spiny artichokes with basil.
