Produced solely in the years when the harvest reaches the utmost standards of excellence, grapes intended for this exceptional series undergo a stringent process of selection and production. Following harvest, clusters are hand selected to ensure that only the highest quality ones are chosen. After crushing, a 72-hour cold soaking and fermentation, the wine is then placed in French oak barrels where it is aged for 24 months. These wines undergo an additional eight month aging period in bottles. Plato series received prestige prizes and international recognition. Plato tastes are sophisticated and multifaceted. It is a very robust wine, incorporating a perfect balance between a wide range of aromas and flavors.


The winery's flagship wine: The wine is produced only in the years when the harvest is of the highest quality and meets the highest standards. The grapes intended for this wine undergo a very rigorous process of sorting and post-harvest production, the clusters undergo manual sorting to ensure that only the highest quality grapes are selected for the series. After squeezing and separating the grain and spooning it goes into cold soaking for 72 hours and only then is the wine transferred to French oak barrels for a 24 month maturation period These wines undergo another bottling process for a period of 8-12 months. The plateau wine has won prestigious awards and international recognition. Sophisticated and varied plateau flavors.
